The development of Agape’ has required us to hire several additional employees.
We are living in the community as we develop it. Many of our employees have undertaken jobs in the community, for now, that are necessary to provide the needed services as we prepare to welcome the first citizens in Agape’.
I’d like to make sure all of our employees understand our philosophy. In that way they will understand our relation to the community of Agape’.
Whenever I contract with a business or corporation, I tell them the Gasoline Story.
I will continue to do business with them until someone joins Agape’ that can do the same job.
I encourage our officers and employees to take advantage of this philosophy while working at Har-V Promotions, Inc.
As they work on projects for this corporation, they will see where we have contracted jobs to businesses that are not citizens of Agape’. They will see the development of business needs with our corporation that are not related to the community of Agape’.
Besides working for/at our corporation, I want them to explore the other talents they have and maybe develop a business of their own.
I treat my employees and their business the same as we do as a citizen of the community of Agape’.If they have a business that can provide service to Har-V Promotions, Inc on any of our other projects, they will be considered first. They can continue to provide that service until someone in the community can do that service. We will switch to the one in Agape’.
The philosophy of Agape’ states that each citizen will support the businesses and services in the community. Businesses in the community will hire new employees from qualified citizens in Agape if possible.
Since we are the first business in Agape’, we must set an example for other corporations and businesses.
Agape’ is an Internet Community that will affect its citizens lives even in their dealings outside the community. The time they spend in Agape’ will cause them to look at the world in a different way.
Har-V Promotions, Inc lives in both worlds. What we believe is a good philosophy for Agape’, we believe should become the standard for businesses everywhere:
